DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS OR CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS WILL BE ACCEPTED

UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES

1. 1. Affordable Cruise Parking will not be responsible or liable for any late or delayed passenger PICK UP at the terminal due to heavy traffic.
2. 2. No refund, cancelation or chargeback will be accepted If for any reason the passengers are not coming to take their Cruise and they decide to
3. cancel their trip.
4. 3. All sales are final. Although, in some cases we will honor the reservation for 6 months calendar date from the original travel date.
5. 4. Every vehicle is entitled to carry 5 adult passengers, (Children under the age of 12 years do not count) any extra passengers are subject to pay a $10.00 fee.
